Amsterdam Oasis offers a dining adventure, unlike any other – your invitation to unwind, indulge and dine at the Taste Kitchen on my houseboat. Savour delicious food and wine against nature’s backdrop of forest and tranquil water, in the center of Amsterdam! Come alone or with family, friends and colleagues but always come as you are. Step aboard, connect and share new conversations around my dining table for 8 guests. Engage in the interactive experience of your surprise ‘no menu’ 5 course dinner with wine pairing.

Ingredients sourced from local markets and also foraged in the wild, influence my monthly-changing menu. A reflection of my love for seasonal cooking with a commitment to minimal waste.

Cooking classes

I also teach small groups hands-on cooking classes in a relaxed environment on my houseboat. While dining together is enjoyable, engaging in the preparation process together adds an extra layer of fun! A range of cooking courses, including themed and specialty classes are offered to anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to expand their skills.
