With 30 years of gastronomic experience accumulated across 3 continents, South-African chef David Louch combines his in-depth knowledge of combining flavours with a passion for the fresh, the innovative, the healthy, the exceptional, the original.
After 8 years in London, working as a nutritional private chef to professional footballers, he now shares his passion for food at Amsterdam Oasis.
David will be your private chef providing take away meals for collection every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from his houseboat in Amsterdam Noord.
